Chinese Goverment and Battlestar Galactica

So . . . this is a weird one . . . at least it would be, if the Irish government did something like this.
The Japanese version of the famous China.org.cn, which is, according to their own description an "Authorized portal site established by the Chinese government"
, uploaded an article entitled '4 Large Aircraft Carrier Development Trends', (see original article here). They included this impressive looking photo, which I'm going to include here, in case they take it down;

You can judge for yourself if this is cutting edge technology, or, concept images of Battlestar Galactica. Here's an image from battlestarwiki.org;

Furthermore, the Zoic logo on the 'original' Chinese image, and some basic detective works shows that the same Zoic Studios is responsible for the visual effects in much of Battlestar Galactica
