How to Use Hashtags on YouTube
It’s hard to get views on YouTube, and stay ahead of the curve … but here’s a little simple tip that not everybody knows about yet …
Simply add the hashtag in the text of your description, just as you would with any other social media profile, using one word like #wordpress, or two or more words like #healthyliving.
YouTube will then automatically find the hashtag within your description, no matter where you put it. This means that your video will be findable when people click on a hashtag from another video, or simply search using the hashtag.
The hashtags will also be visible under your video, and above the title.
